Reno/Carson Messenger Service, Inc. is the oldest and largest messenger and attorney service in Northern Nevada. RCMS has been serving the legal community since 1982, providing timely delivery, court filing, recording, route messenger service and service of process at reasonable prices. RCMS has offices in Reno, Carson City, and Elko, Nevada.

Reno/Carson Messenger Service, Inc. is a Nevada corporation, licensed through the Nevada Attorney General’s Office to serve process under License #322.

RCMS is a member of the National Association of Professional Process Servers and also a member of the California Association of Photocopiers and Process Servers.

Peter G. Lazetich is now and has been a qualifying agent for Reno/Carson Messenger Service, Inc.. He is a graduate of Stanford University in Palo Alto, California and has served thousands of pieces of process service while successfully managing a company with over 30 employees. He has served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Professional Process Servers.

RCMS has in excess of 500 law firm, government agency and collection agency clients. These include contracts to complete court filing, deliveries, and serve papers for the Reno City Attorney’s office, Nevada Attorney General, Employer’s Insurance Company of Nevada, Nevada Attorney For Injured Workers, Nevada Division of Real Estate and Nevada Insurance Division.

RCMS holds automobile insurance with limits not less than $2,000,000.

RCMS holds broad form commercial general liability insurance with limits not less than $2,000,000.

RCMS holds cargo insurance in the amount of $250,000

RCMS holds professional Errors and Omissions liability insurance in the amount of $2,000,000.
